Level II Raw Food Preparation and Lifestyle Class. with Jackie & Gideon Graff

 For the hundreds of satisfied students who took our two days "Raw Basic & Raw Gourmet" seminar, you can now participate in Level II food preparation class that will take you further into mastery of raw food preparation for yourself, your family or your community.

Level II class is designed as a continuation of our two days class, but taking our "raw Basic & Raw Gourmet" is not a condition for taking it. It can be beneficial to all, novices and experienced raw foodists alike.

The emphasis of our Level II class, is to teach more skills and more recipes, and enhance the raw experience by introducing many more easy to make and delicious recipes including our acclaimed carrot Cake. Below is a list of recipes that we will teach at the Level II class, in addition we will also cover more subjects that are important to our health, such as food combining, fermented foods and sprouting.
